So How Does TrAidUp Work?

TrAidUp uses a unique algorithm in order to create what we are calling TrAidLoops.

When you have selected what you want to receive, our system will go into our database of things to create the loop.

Think of it this way…

You are in a room with Luke S. You tell Luke that you would like to trade him for his Lightsaber. Luke says that he will trade with you. That’s great! This example of traditional bartering is one of the services we offer and we call this a Direct TrAid

But what if Luke doesn’t want what you have? In a world where TrAidUp doesn’t exist, this would mean that you would have to start the bartering process all over again. At TrAidUp, we simply call this an Incomplete Loop.

When you told Luke you wanted his Lightsaber, you created what we call a TrAidLink

Now imagine you are standing in a group of 3 people. Luke is on your right, and Bruce W. is on your left. Even though Luke doesn’t want what you have, Bruce does. And, Luke wants the Batmobile that Bruce has.

TrAidUp comes in and places you all in a circle, or TrAidLoop .

Once the loop is complete, everyone then passes their item to the left. Everyone in the loop is getting exactly what they want, and you don’t have to start the bartering process over again.

Now imagine that there are 4 people in this loop instead of 3. Now imagine 5. Now 6, 7, 8, etc. It doesn’t matter how many people it takes to complete the loop, because everyone gets what they want.
